The firm is a proprietary firm having started its business with a modest beginning of the business in 1975 and since then, have grown to be known as a major road and dam contractor in marathwada region. The major clients of the firm are state PWD, National Highways, MIDC, MSRDC, Municipal Corporation of Aurangabad and Various other private industries coming up in the region. The firm has its own machinery and manpower to execute the works of large magnitude and are known in the region for its working with own Machinery. The accompaied list of Machinery is self explanatory to prove the same.

In addition to the above, the firm is also a major machinery hirer in the region. With the help of fleet of tippers, JCBs and other major excavation machinery like poclains, no work is Big work for the firm. Though the firm is known mainly as road contractor, it has also undertaken various major bridges works for departments like state PWD, World Bank project division, Railways, etc.

Management: - The firm functions under the leadership of Mr.P.M.Chordia who has over 32 year's exeprience in the line and is assisted by his Engineer Sons and a battery of Personnel like engineers, supervisors, mechanics etc.

Registration with the Government: - The firm is registered with Maharastra PWD in 1.B Category and is considered to be competent to carry out a single work of the magnitude of 15.00 to 25.00 Crores.

P. M. Chordia Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. Is engaged in manufacturing of packaged drinking water and in franchisee to manufacture OXYRICH mineral water, a Brand of Mnikchand Group.
P. M. Chordia Petroleum is retail outlet of M/S Bharat petroleum corporation Ltd. And is considered as one of the best petrol pump in manmad region.
Jay Eathmovers is engaged in heavy earthmoving business, major rock excavation with blasting or otherwise and presently functioning at Pune.
