Keti Constructions (I) Ltd. Is one of the leading construction companies in M.P. turnover crossing fifty crores, next year it will be over hundred crores. The company has been registered for construction works with Public and Works Department of Maharashtra, M.P., and Rajasthan as a "A" category contractor. Apart from latest methods and techniques, the company has introduced computerization in its working. Keti Constructions (I) Ltd. is always on the move to improve its productivity further by introduction of latest technology and tools of management.

The Human Factor :
As befits in a construction organization, technical personnel comprise almost one-thirds of the total staff strength of about 800. Of these, about 20 high caliber professionals - in technical, finance and business administration - take managerial responsibilities at the head office in Indore. The rest operate at different projects sites, may be fifteen to twenty locations at anyone time, distributed over different states of India. Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Supervisors, Surveyors, Overseers, Foremen, Commercial Managers, Commercial Assistants, Stores and Material Management personnel; Safety Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers... a diverse array of skills blended together, to work to a common purpose in perfect harmony. It is remarkable how men from such diverse backgrounds and stations in life establish such perfect rapport. This is made possible through the high value placed on every individual's sense of responsibility and his ability to exercise his initiative and judgment, while working as a member of a team. On the Eauipment Front :
Keti have the wide range of construction equipment, including cranes, hydraulic excavators, dumpers, generators, compressors, well point dewatering sets, slip form equipment, thermo plastic paint machine, hot mix plant, crushers, material testing laboratories and others. A well-staffed Plant Division run by senior mechanical engineers, works closely with construction engineers to plan out various alternative techniques and provide necessary plant systems. Moreover, the Mechanical Division maintains a complete inventory of spares so that downtime on repairs is minimized, and production schedules maintained. Often too, plant and machinery are freshly designed or modified to meet exigencies at a particular project site. Keti have a large fleet of construction machinery and vehicle.
