MANAGEMENT:
Project Management :
All operations are controlled from the corporate headquarters. For every assignment, the first step is a conceptual plan for manpower resources and programming of work prepared by the respective site office. This broad plan is next transmitted to the project manager concerned for a detailed site level assessment and programming. Every month, micro level progress reports are sent from site to the corporate center through various MIRs.
Based on such feedback, schedules are revised or updated, and resource mobilization stepped up as and when necessary. Such close monitoring through fine-tuned computerized techniques, enables early remedial measures and timely completion of projects.

About the Directors :
Shree Tikamchand Garg is a Civil Engineer by Qualification and he started the business of Infrastructure development in 1971 along with Kedarmal Jhaketia under the name and style of Partnership firm Keti Constructions. The partnership firm was converted into Private limited company from 14.01.1986 and there after to Keti Construction (India) Limited (KCIL) with effect from 08.03.1999.
He is looking after the day to day management of KCIL on the project implementation site and is in the overall control of day to day management of the company.
Shree Raiesh Garg is a commerce graduate and has been involved in the management of KCIL for the past two decades. He is looking after the day to day commercial functions of the company and also after the activities of the Kalyan Toll Infrastructure Limited, the SPV of the KClL which has implemented four BOT road projects of the company.
Shree Amit Garg is a M.M.S. (Master of Management Science) from DAVV, Indore. He is having 7 years experience in the construction line. He is involved in the execution of four BOT projects.
Shree Anand Garg is a MBE. He is having 6 years experience in the construction field. He is involved in the execution of payment based contracts in M.P.
