STRENGTHS
All operations are controlled from the corporate headquarters. For every assignment, the first step is a conceptual plan for manpower resources and programming of work prepared by the respective site office. This broad plan is next transmitted to the project manager concerned for a detailed site level assessment and programming. Every month, micro level progress reports are sent from site to the corporate center through various MIRs.
Based on such feedback, schedules are revised or updated, and resource mobilization stepped up as and when necessary. Such close monitoring through fine-tuned computerized techniques, enables early remedial measures and timely completion of projects.
Experience:
Keti has experience of three decades in construction industry. During this period keti has executed projects worth 728 crores (Detailed in Annexure A ) . Keti is one of the few construction companies in M.P.which has successfully executed five BOT projects and sixth is under construction. It is registered as an "Unlimited value" category" A" contractor in the states of Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
A total of five BOT projects have been completed by the company of a total cost of RS.50.00 crores (approx) out of which four BOT Project has been completed by the SPY, Kalyan Toll Infrastructure Limited (KTIL) whose details are also given as under:-
