1. PROFILE OF MEHUL CONSTRUCTION CO. PVT. LTD. :
The Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. is a Company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956, which is established in the year 1983, with Head office at "Padmavati Complex", 91, Civil Lines, Saat Rasta, Solapur - 413 003.
From the year 1980 to 2002, we were also carrying on business of civil & road construction contract works in Partnership Firm in the name and style of M/s. Satish Construction Co. registered under Class-IA with Govt. of Maharashtra, Govt. of Gujarat & also under Class-1st Civil with the Govt. of Karnataka.
However with growth of business of the Firm and to increase its strength to withstand the competition and in order to undertake larger construction works, it was decided and agreed unanimously, that Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. will take over the Partnership Firm M/s. Satish Construction Co. and accordingly w.e.f. 01.04.2002. M/s. Satish Construction Co. was merged with Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd.
Our valued clients include PWD Government of Maharashtra, Karnataka, & Gujarat, MSRDC, KRDCL, KSHIP, KBJNL, GSHP, & Other State PWD etc.
2. ORGANISATION SETUP :
The Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. has a well set up organisational hierarchy. It is headed since inception of the Company by Shri Bipinbhai M. Patel, the Managing Director of the Company & the other Directors of the Company who are professionally qualified & also are having rich and varied experience in the line of Company's Business. The Company is having qualified and experienced Engineers, Supervisory Staff for executing and carrying out the work at different projects. The Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. is having Personnel Department having Chartered Accountants, Computer Expert Personnel, Tax Consultants & Advocates who are playing their important role in the development & growth of the Company.
The Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. is having its own workshop equipped by Modern Equipments & Machineries to improve productivity & quality, which enables us to execute large road projects within the stipulated time frame.
