1.1 Construction of Industrial Projects viz. Spinning Mills, Sugar Factory, Paper Mills :
The Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. has valuable experience in construction of Factory Buildings. The Company has constructed following Factory Buildings at different places, within a record span of time.

Construction of Sugar Factory Projects :        (Rs. In Lakhs)

The Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. executed prestigious project of construction of Sugar Factory Building and Other Buildings for Jawaharlal Nehru Sahakari Agricultural Produce Processing Society, Khargone (M.P.) valued at Rs. 15 Crores. The said work was completed in a record time of 2 years. Being successfully completed the construction of Sugar Factory and other allied Buildings, the said management awarded the construction work of Hostel Buildings for Boys' and Girls valued at Rs. 5.50 Crores. The said construction work was also completed within record period of 2 (two) years.

The Paper Mill Project & Expansion work of Shri Siddheshwar Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. with Machinery Foundations, Sugar Godowns etc. have also been successfully completed by Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd.

Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. has also varied experience in the construction of Hospital Buildings & Quarters for Govt. Hospital Staff. Brief particulars are as follows:

1. 100 Bedded E.S.I. Hospital Building, Aurangabad.
2. Nurses Hostel for Govt. Medical College at Latur.
3. Construction of Sub-District Hospital at Phaltan MHSDP Project.
4. Construction of Trauma Care Unit at Rui Baramati, Dist. : Pune. MHSDP Project.

1.3 Mass Housing Projects & Staff Quarters :
Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. has also varied experience in the construction of Mass Housing Projects & Staff Quarters. Brief particulars are as follows :

1. Construction of Houses for Earthquake affected people... :
   The disaster earthquake that affected Killari, Sastur and Other Areas in Latur District & Osmanabad District in the year 1993, made thousands of people homeless. The State Govt. with the financial aid of World Bank undertook massive relief and relocation work of construction of houses in these areas. Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. has been awarded one of such work and executed successfully the construction of around 1600 Houses, & Internal Roads with Amenities for the relocation of earthquake affected Villages around Latur & Osmanabad Districts in Maharashtra valued to above Rs. 30 Crores. This project has been a rich experience to our Company as we had to overcome not only logistical difficulties but also climatic uncertainties like regular occurrence of mild earthquakes, health problems and other problems for materials and supplies of Raw Materials. Our Company's unyielding commitment to complete the project under any circumstances is our key elements to the successful completion of the project. Above all is our commitment to serve for people of earthquake affected villages, hopes to build a better way of life.

1.4 Administrative & Educational Buildings :
Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. has constructed Administrative Buildings for

1. Solapur District Central Co-Operative Bank, Head Office, Solapur.
2. Congress Bhawan at Solapur for Solapur District Congress Committee.
3. Boys & Girls Hostel for Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Technology, At : Borawan, Tal. : Kasrawad, Dist. : Khargone (M.P.). etc.....

1.5 Irrigation works for Canals :
The Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. executed Irrigation Projects, Earthwork and Canal Lining for Krishna Bhagya Jal Nigam Ltd. valued Rs. 10 Crores.

1.6 Road Construction :
From the year 1986 the Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. has entered into road construction activities, with modern and up-to-date computerised Hot Mix Plant and Machineries, and Tippers, Earthmoving Machineries etc. The Mehul Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. has successfully completed in record time the road construction activities including widening and strengthening of roads. In the year 2004, we have been successful in obtaining the tender for the work under "BOT Annuity Scheme" namely Improvements to Solapur-Hotgi-Auj-Kanbus-Karajagi Road MDR-39 from Km. 3/0 to 21/0 in Solapur District for sum of Rs. 1200 Lakhs. Following are important & latest road construction works carried out by the Company.
