MSRDC - TENDER NOTICE
“APPOINTMENT OF AGENCY FOR REDESIGNING, DEVELOPMENT,
HOSTING, ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
CORPORATE WEBSITE OF MSRDC LTD”
1) Background:
Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MSRDC) is a wholly owned Undertaking / Company of the Govt. of Maharashtra and is involved in the development of transport infrastructure within the state. The Corporation has its own Corporate Website http://www.msrdc.org. The current corporate website has about 200 web pages and these provide static information about various projects and some interactive features like feedback.
2) Purpose & Scope of Services:
MSRDC now intends to redesign and develop the said website. The broad scope of services would include redesigning, development, hosting, administration and maintenance of corporate website of MSRDC as specified in detail in the Terms of Reference in the Bid Document.
Eligibility Criteria: The Agency/vendor should have:
- an average annual turnover of Rs.1 Crore.
- experience of designing and maintaining at least three corporate web-sites. All these web portals should be operational currently.
- experience of designing at least one website for Central Govt. /State Govt. or its undertakings & the same should be operational currently.

4) Bidding Procedure:
Blank Bid document can be purchased by the bidder in person or through its representative accompanying request letter on the company letter-head from the office of the Town Planner, Computer Section, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited, Office Block-II, Bandra-Worli Sea Link Project Office, Opp. Bandra Reclamation BEST Bus Depot, Bandra (West), Mumbai – 400051 from 28/05/2007 to 18/06/2007 on all working days during office hours on payment of Rs. 3000/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of MSRDC payable at Mumbai. A pre-bid meeting will be held in the MSRDC, Bandra-Worli Sea Link Project Office at Bandra on 11/06/2007 at 15:00 hrs, which is open to all prospective bidders. The last date of submission of bids is 25/06/2007 till 15:00 hrs.
Right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever is reserved with MSRDC. |
