Building Associates Ltd.) was promoted by the Wadhawan
family headed by Shri Roshanlal Melaram Wadhawan, father
of Shri Ramlal Wadhawan in 1974. the company is engaged
in execution of civil engineering projects and specialists
in construction of Highways , Dams , Runways and heavy
RCC structures, Bridges and other Infrastructure Projects
in all parts of India for its various clients.
The prestigious clients of PBA include NHAI, Government
of Maharashtra and Jammu & Kashmir, Airport Authority
of India, JNPT, CIDCO, MMRDA, MSRDC, MES , other State
PWD etc.The value of contracts executed by the company
during last five years exceeded Rs 350 crores, spread
across the entire country.
PBA's in-house engineering skills have enabled it to
maintain the required precision and quality by effectively
integrating design with construction expertise.The prestigious
projects successfully completed include a portion of
Mumbai Pune Expressway ( by-passing Panvel town) of
MSSRDC Ltd. , Bhachau Bhuj Gandhidham Road, Udaipur-Mangalwar
Road of NHAI, Nagpur-Umred-Kanpa Road and Jalna By-pass
which were World Bank aided projects.

of Road on Bijapur-Lokapur sector, strengthening and
Paving of Shoulders of Viramgam-Dhrangadra-Halvad in
Gujarat, Widening and Construction of MMRDA's work in
Mumbai, Concreting of Mumbai city road of runway, Taxiway
and associated works at Coimbatore Airport.
