Shri Ramlal Wadhawan, Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Ramlal Wadhawan, aged 63 , has been in the construction activities for last 40 years. A large number of projects in infrastructure, mainly roads have been executed within the time frame. Under Mr. Ramlal Wadhawan, the Company’s turnover rose over Rs. 121 Crores, in the face of stiff competition from various players. His leadership led to improved system of projects and financial management, investments in most modern fleet of machineries and equipments for mega projects and relentless pursuit of excellence in the quality of project construction and engineering. He is exercising overall control and supervision of various activities of the company, under the overall policy guidelines of the Board of Directors.

Shri Balkrishan Wadhawan, Vice Chairman & Joint Managing Director

Shri Balkrishan Wadhawan aged 54, is looking after all the Project Purchases, Planning and Administration of the corporate office of the company. He has an experience of over 35 years in civil construction activities. He is directly involved in Planning, Resource Management, Quality Aspect and maintaining the progress of the project.

Shri Narayan Ganesh Thatte , Executive Director

Shri Narayan Ganesh Thatte aged 67, is a post graduate in Engineering from India and France. He has over 40 years of experience both in the field and in administration at a project site. He has successfully supervised and executed large projects such as Runway at Bombay Airport, World Bank aided projects in Nagpur, Umred-Kanpa Road, Jalna By-pass Civil work for MCGB Mumbai, Nagpur Ring Road, Gandhidham project etc.

Shri N. P. Belani, Wholetime Director

Shri N. P. Belani aged 56, is a Civil Engineer from Bombay University. He has an experience of over 35 years in civil construction activities. He has successfully executed projects such as Runways, Highways, Land Development, drains and culverts with various departments all over the country.

Shri Subhash Chandra Wadhawan, Whole Time Director

Shri Subhash Chandra Wadhawan aged 60, is looking after site administration and monitoring the progress of the project. He has an experience of over 27 years in civil construction activities.

Shri Rajesh Wadhawan, Whole Time Director

Shri Rajesh Wadhawan, aged 38, has 12 years of experience in handling the project work at site independently and is presently looking after Udaipur by-pass project of the company awarded by NHAI.

Shri Deepak Wadhawan, Whole Time Director

Shri Deepak Wadhawan aged 35, has 10 years of experience in handling the project work at site independently and presently looking after Lucknow by-pass project of the company after successfully completing the Gandhidham Bachhau Highway Project.

Shri Sunil Wadhawan, Whole Time Director

Shri Sunil Wadhawan aged 32, has 8 years of experience in handling the project work at the site independently and is looking after Udhampur Shrinagar project of the company.

Shri Vishal Wadhawan, Whole Time Director

Shri Vishal Wadhawan, aged 25 has 6 years of experience in handling the project work at the site independently and looking after Coimbatore Airport Project of the Company

In addition, the company has Shri A.R. Athavale, Advocate, Shri Dharmpal Uppal and Ms Vrinda Chapekar as independent directors on the board, who are well experienced in their respective fields.
