The following terms and conditions must be read by all persons wishing to place advertisements (referred to in these Terms as "advertisers" or "you" - depending on the context) with the TheConstructionWorld.com (referred to in these Terms as "The Construction World", "us" or "we" - depending on the context). You are required to accept these Terms & Conditions before proceeding to place an ad with us and by accepting, you agree to be bound by and to comply with these Terms as stated below. The Construction World reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

1.You are responsible for ensuring that all material provided to us will not infringe any other person's copyright or other intellectual property rights and you are also responsible for complying with all other legal requirements applicable to the advertisement you place with us, and IT ACT valid in state of Maharashtra, India.

2.You must ensure that your ad will not:
a.represent,contain or refer to any misleading or fraudulent statements or offers;
b.represent or contain any obscene, threatening, indecent or defamatory material or material disclosing confidential information; or
c.disclose information which identifies an individual or which can be used to identify an individual unless that person has consented to their personal information being disclosed.

3.You agree that TheConstructionWorld .com has an unfettered right to use (in any way it sees fit) any copyright subsisting in any advertisement you place with the Construction World. It is your responsibility to procure necessary moral rights consents from authors of work you submit to us with an ad to enable us to use this work as stated in this section.

4.TheConstructionWorld .com makes no guarantees or representations regarding placement of your ad or the content of ads grouped with your ad.

5.TheConstructionWorld .com is not liable for any errors or typos which appear in your ad (regardless of whether the relevant error is our responsibility or yours).

Disclaimer/Exclusion of Warranties
TheConstructionWorld.com makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information or content provided on or accessible via, the site. Users must investigate for themselves the suitability, quality of service they wish to purchase. It is your responsibility to verify any information before relying on it. 9.Only ads fully completed and paid for, before deadline will be accepted for publication. Ads received after deadline will be published in the following week. Please submit your ads early to avoid congestion, frustration and disappointment closer to the New Ads deadline.

10. Ads may be cancelled or withdrawn (at our sole discretion) any time up until the relevant deadline. If this occurs, and the ad was prepaid, a refund (which may be subject to deductions to meet our reasonable costs) will be provided. Ads not cancelled or withdrawn prior to the relevant deadline must be paid for in full.

4. Indemnity
You indemnify and hold harmless TheConstructionWorld .com, our subsidiaries, related companies, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all loss, damage, cost, expense and claim which may be suffered or incurred by you as a result of or in connection with your use of the web site and our services.

5. Access to Site Outside India
We do not warrant that the content on the site complies with the laws of any country outside of India. If you access the site from outsideIndia, you do so at your own risk and you accept responsibility for ensuring or confirming compliance with all laws that apply to you as a result of that access or in any subsequent dealings via the site or as a result of accessing this site.
